一直都沒回應,所以又發mail問一下,Beckett回覆如下:

I do not have a list of the cards yet. Since it was a 20-day order, it will take a few more days before I will have a complete list. As soon as I have a list, a job number will be assigned. You should hear from us shortly.

下午發mail給Beckett請他們提供list,沒想到不到幾秒的時間就回覆了…

Thank you for the email. I will be out of the office November 19-23 will respond to your email as soon as I return. Have a great day!

應該是跑去渡假了…

昨天有發現應該是有一張卡片數量多一張,於是請Beckett幫忙確認一下,今早收到Beckett回覆:

I am going to go ahead and process this order and send you a list of what we got. The order does have the November offer listed so it will be processed.

應該很快就可以拿到list,到時再比對一下。

今早收到Beckett的mail如下:

Thank you for the recent submission to Beckett Grading Services. We have received your order however you have 114 cards listed on your submission form and we only received 113 cards. Please let me know if you would like us to process the order with the cards we have. Thank you for the help!

剛開始很高興,因為卡片已到達Beckett了,但看完後心情有點…竟然少了一張,在上班的路途上一直在想怎麼會發生這種事,明明已點過才寄的呀,慌張過後決定先冷靜下來,應該是某張卡片的數量被我改掉了,於是從新將submission form列印出來比對一下,確實有一張的數量可能有問題,先回mail請Beckett幫忙確認一下,希望一切順利…
